Description
The caravan is located on Silverwood at Reighton Sands, it is very close to the onsite shop and the main complex. It is a 1 minute walk from the complex behind the shop car park.
It is a 2014 Swift Serenity and is a slightly different layout to most caravans, the bedrooms are at each end of the caravan with the living area in the middle. It consists of 3 Bedrooms, a double room and 2 twin bedrooms it is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

It has large decking in front of the patio doors, there’s FREE WiFi and Now TV installed
The kitchen is a bright space and has all the necessary equipment needed to cater for yourselves, the lounge has a LCD wall mounted colour TV, there’s plenty of fixed seating and a spacious dining area for your meals.
It has 2 showers one in the main bathroom and one in the ensuite with a toilet in each.
This is a really nice modern caravan in a perfect location for a nice relaxing holiday
Fun works passes aren’t included, but can be easily obtained from Haven reception. We do have a travel cot and highchair available to hire for a small extra charge
To secure a booking, a £50 non refundable deposit which comes off the balance plus a refundable £100 security bond which returned within 7 days of leaving the caravan providing the caravan is left as it’s found. Balance and bond to be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Water, Gas and Electric are included in the price. No Smoking is allowed in the caravan, however you may smoke outside the caravan.
